An eco-friendly vineyard

HVE Certification (High Environmental Value)

An estate with a rich past and now in the midst of a renaissance, Château La Castille is looking to the future. We have a new cellar, a new visual identity, an excellent team, real talent, Level 3 HVE certification (High Environmental Value) for the entire vineyard, great vintages, plus new vocations to undoubtedly come to fruition.

In this period of strong environmental awareness, this estate specialises in a different and innovative type of winemaking that respects the environment. This is a vineyard where sheep act as 100 % natural weed-killers.

The spirit of la castille

An expert and passionate team

Striving daily for quality and excellence, the men and women at La Castille work together to produce great Provence wines, in rosé, red and white varieties.

Oenologist and cellar master Aude Lebessou-Faudon, head of cultivation Jean-Pierre Delpiano, and director of the Château La Castille Marc Fischer uphold the richness of this unique estate, the oldest in the Var region, with passion and enthusiasm.

Château La Castille possesses a certain spirit, and a time-honoured one at that given that people were celebrating “the divine nectar” in these sun-soaked vineyards more than 500 years ago.
