Vinification
The grapes composing this cuvée have Mediterranean origins bringing a fruity taste full of sunshine. The wines are filtered under pressure isobarometric with micron filters. In addition, in order to keep a more intense freshness, the malolactic fermentation is not carried out.

Setting of foam and aging
The setting of foam, carried out directly in tank for a better homogenization, is done by adding yeast and sugar. The bottling is immediate after the vinification.

Tasting
The peach white has a fruity touch and a freshness pleasant. Composed of natural aromas, our product benefits from a good balance between the roundness of the attack and the vivacity of the acidic finish.
