Black olives with truffle juice
Our black olivade with truffle juice based on our black olive grower recipe is a “tapenade” without anchovies.
Cooked in red wine and mustard, the olives are coarsely mixed for a generous and round tasting in the mouth. The truffle juice and its particular aroma enhance the whole to offer an unusual aperitif spread.
